NOTIFICATION ABROAD OF JUDICIAL AND EXTRA-JUDICIAL DOCUMENTS
Notification is an essential step for civil, penal, fiscal, administrative, bankruptcy and work related processes as well as any phase preceding a legal or an administrative process.
It provides legal knowledge of any legal proceeding, through delivery of the claim, judiciary or not, from the notifying Italian Authority , according to a precise procedures.
As mentioned by article #37 of the Legislative decree 71/2011, the Consular Office gives notice of any related claims, according to the rules and regulations of the EU judiciary cooperation, as well as international conventions related to the matter and to the laws of the State of residence.
