The Consulate General is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and on Thursday afternoons from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Access for the public is by appointment only, except in emergencies involving Italian citizens. Appointments for consular services and visas can only be booked via the Prenot@mi platform, unless otherwise stated in the sections covering the various services. Any other enquiries may be directed to the switchboard or the relevant office; please note, however, that no information regarding ongoing administrative procedures can be provided by telephone or email.
The switchboard is open every day – except Thursdays – between 14.30 and 16.00. Outside these hours, the switchboard can be contacted by email at the address listed below. Users may also contact the individual offices of the Consulate General at the addresses listed below.
