NIAF is looking for three Italian American students or recent graduates for a three-month internship in Italy! Interns will work 36 hours a week at their choice of Italpress offices in Palermo, Rome or Milan. NIAF will award each intern a €5,000 stipend to cover the cost of travel and accommodation.
Deadline to apply is June 15th at 11:59 pm ET.
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
- Have an active NIAF Membership
- Have at least one ancestor who has immigrated from Italy
- Be a junior or senior in college, or in the first year out of college, at beginning of the internship
- Have working proficiency in speaking, writing and listening in Italian
