No appointment is required to pick up passports once the visa has been issued. At the visa interview, applicants will be given a date after which the passport is available for collection.
The applicant, or authorized person, may collect the passport at the Consulate’s front window from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.
If out of State visa applicants can not collect the visa in person, you must provide a pre-paid return envelope trackable (by you). We reccomend using FedEx, or UPS .
