We would like to inform our users that, due to major technical work involving IT and system updates being carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Rome, consular services will be temporarily suspended on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 May. The Visa Service, however, is operating as normal.
During the suspension period, accessing or using the Fast It Portal may be difficult or slow.
This IT update is essential to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. Normal operations will resume from Wednesday 6 May.
