CASE F"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Law No. 26 of February 28, 2026, extended the deadline set forth in Article 1, paragraph 1-ter, of Decree-Law No. 36 of March 28, which introduced a transitional provision that exempts the three-years deadline from birth (or from the date on which filiation by an Italian citizen is recognized, or from the date of adoption by an Italian citizen during the child\u2019s minority) for acquiring citizenship.
