Passport\u2019s appointments in Denver on December 10th are sold out.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Additional Passport Days in Denver will be scheduled in the future, the details of which will be promptly communicated through institutional channels.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As always, the possibility of booking a passport\u2019s appointment at the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago through the Prenot@mi portal remains active.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In collaboration with the Honorary Vice Consul, a \u2018Passport Day\u2019 has been announced for\u00a0December 10th 2025\u00a0at the Honorary Vice Consulate in Denver for the acquisition of biometric data for the purpose of issuing a passport, instead of going to the headquarters of the Consulate General if Italy in Chicago.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The citizens duly registered in AIRE in this consular jurisdiction\u00a0will be able to access the service by making a reservation, to be requested according with the following instructions.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the \u2018Passport Day\u2019 in Denver will be repeated periodically and therefore citizens are invited to request an appointment for the December event only in the case of a passport already expired or expiring within 6 months, or in the case of the first passport.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interested citizens must send by email to the passport office of the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago (passaporti.chicago@esteri.it<\/a>) the appointment request form\u00a0(click here<\/a>) completed and signed, attaching a copy of an identity document of the applicant.<\/p>\n

The request is personal and for a single appointment \u2013 passport.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of minors, the form must be completed and signed by the parents who must also attach their identity documents.<\/p>\n

The passport office reserves the right to verify the request for an appointment and, based on availability and checks on residency, vital status and possession of the legal requirements, will contact the applicant to confirm or not the appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Availability is limited and requests will be taken into consideration on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n

The issuance of the passport is an exclusive competence of the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago to which the complete documentation must be sent, following the acquisition of the biometric data at the designated office, according to the details that will be indicated with the confirmation of the appointment and by the Honorary Vice Consul during the appointment.<\/p>\n

Finally, please note that for children under 12<\/span> it is not necessary to take fingerprints: the documentation must be sent by mail, as indicated on the Consulate General\u2019s website, Passports section.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Passport\u2019s appointments in Denver on December 10th are sold out.
