Food reflects who we are, what we believe, and what we become. Today, institutions, organizations, and corporations incorporate complex models and innovative methods to develop new products and build circular food economies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Italian Design Day, the Institute of Design at Illinois Tech will partner with the School of Design at Politecnico di Milano to highlight how design-led innovation impacts the modern food industry.
