Slots available for biometric data capture for the issuance of Italian passports in Denver on the date of November 7, 2024 are sold out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Additional passport days in Denver will be scheduled in the future, the details of which will be promptly communicated through institutional channels.<\/p>\n As always, the possibility of booking a passport appointment at the Chicago Consulate through the portal\u00a0Prenot@mi<\/a><\/p>\n ********************************************<\/p>\n In collaboration with the Honorary Vice Consul, a \u2018Passport Day\u2019 has been announced for\u00a0November 7th 2024\u00a0at the Honorary Vice Consulate in Denver for the acquisition of biometric data for the purpose of issuing a passport, instead of going to the headquarters of the Consulate General if Italy in Chicago.<\/p>\n The citizens duly registered in AIRE in this consular jurisdiction\u00a0will be able to access the service by making a reservation, to be requested according with the following instructions.<\/p>\n It should be noted that the \u2018Passport Day\u2019 in Denver will be repeated periodically and therefore citizens are invited to request an appointment for the November event only in the case of a passport already expired or expiring within 6 months, or in the case of the first passport.<\/p>\n Interested citizens must send by email<\/strong> to the passport office of the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago (passaporti.chicago@esteri.it<\/a>) the appointment request form\u00a0<\/strong>(click here<\/a>) completed and signed, attaching a copy of an identity document<\/strong> of the applicant.<\/p>\n The request is personal<\/span> and for a single appointment<\/span> \u2013 passport.<\/p>\n In the case of minors<\/strong>, the form must be completed and signed by the parents who must also attach their identity documents.<\/p>\n The passport office reserves the right to verify the request for an appointment and, based on availability and checks on residency, vital status and possession of the legal requirements, will contact the applicant to confirm or not the appointment.<\/p>\n Availability is limited and requests will be taken into consideration on a first come, first served basis<\/span>.<\/p>\n The issuance of the passport is an exclusive competence of the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago to which the complete documentation must be sent, following the acquisition of the biometric data at the designated office, according to the details that will be indicated with the confirmation of the appointment and by the Honorary Vice Consul during the appointment.<\/p>\n Finally, please note that for children under 12 it is not necessary to take fingerprints: the documentation must be sent by mail, as indicated on the Consulate General\u2019s website, Passports section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"******************************************** Slots available for biometric data capture for the issuance of Italian passports in Denver on the date of November 7, 2024 are sold out.
