{"id":1167,"date":"2021-09-30T17:23:35","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T22:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conschicago.esteri.it\/news\/dal_consolato\/2021\/09\/prenot-mi_0-2\/"},"modified":"2021-09-30T17:23:35","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T22:23:35","slug":"prenot-mi_0-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conschicago.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dal_consolato\/2021\/09\/prenot-mi_0-2\/","title":{"rendered":"PRENOT@MI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to inform you that, <strong>STARTING FROM\u00a0OCTOBER 18th<\/strong>\u00a0, the new portal <strong>PRENOT@MI<\/strong> has come into operation for the booking of consular services, reachable at the following address:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\"><strong>https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Users are informed that at the moment this portal\u00a0will be\u00a0active for issues of <strong>PASSPORTS, VISAS and CITIZENSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Prenota OnLine portal remains active only for consultation until December 31st 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FOR<strong> LEGAL MATTERS<\/strong> &#8211; Please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:legale.chicago@esteri.it\">legale.chicago@esteri.it<\/a> to request an appointment specifying the required notary service.<\/p>\n<p>To access the new <strong>PRENOT@MI<\/strong> portal, it is necessary to make a <strong>new registration<\/strong> for which <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the same e-mail address and the same mobile number used at the time for registration on the Prenota On Line can be used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After having registered and chosen the relevant Consulate, you will be able to book appointments only on the new portal from the first available date set by the Consulate. Please note that the appointments already booked through the Prenota OnLine portal currently used will still be honoured. <strong>The new PRENOT@MI portal will progressively replace the current Prenota OnLine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new Prenot@Mi portal introduces a few innovative features. Security has been enhanced and further authentication systems will be introduced, with a view to ascertaining and concurrently protecting users\u2019 identity and sensitive data. The new graphic interface, which is simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly, also aims to streamline citizens\u2019 approach to consular services, during the registration and the booking process.
