Please provide a Cashier&#8217;s Check or Money Order for the exact amount payable to the Consulate General Of Italy in Chicago, and indicate your full name. Personal checks or cash ar NOT accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NO ADDITIONAL FEE IS REQUIRED.
