The Consulate General of Chicago is pleased to announce the initiative “The Art of Simplicity: Discovering Italian Cuisine”, to celebrate Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2025, in collaboration with schools and universities in the Chicago consular district (see attached posters),
The events will focus on health and culture, honoring Italian culinary traditions and values of simplicity, sustainability, and gratitude toward nature, inspired by Saint Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of the Creatures.
