We are pleased to inform you that, STARTING FROM OCTOBER 18th , the new portal PRENOT@MI has come into operation for the booking of consular services, reachable at the following address:
Users are informed that at the moment this portal will be active for issues of PASSPORTS, VISAS and CITIZENSHIP
The Prenota OnLine portal remains active only for consultation until December 31st 2022.

To access the new PRENOT@MI portal, it is necessary to make a new registration for which the same e-mail address and the same mobile number used at the time for registration on the Prenota On Line can be used.
After having registered and chosen the relevant Consulate, you will be able to book appointments only on the new portal from the first available date set by the Consulate. Please note that the appointments already booked through the Prenota OnLine portal currently used will still be honoured. The new PRENOT@MI portal will progressively replace the current Prenota OnLine.
The new Prenot@Mi portal introduces a few innovative features. Security has been enhanced and further authentication systems will be introduced, with a view to ascertaining and concurrently protecting users’ identity and sensitive data. The new graphic interface, which is simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly, also aims to streamline citizens’ approach to consular services, during the registration and the booking process. During the booking process, users will already be able to upload the documents required for the provision of the service booked, thus reducing processing times at the desk on the day of the appointment.
