Elections for the Renewal of the Italian Parliament – March 4, 2018

Please be advised that on March 4, 2018 Elections will be held for the renewal of the Italian Parliament. In compliance with the Italian Election Laws (Law 459/2001), Italian citizens residing abroad will vote by correspondence.

The voting packet containing the ballots has been mailed by this Consulate to the Italian citizen voters residing abroad (and registered in the Registry of Italians who reside abroad – AIRE), and to voters temporarily abroad. Voters who have not yet received the voting packet, can contact this Consulate to request the issuance of a duplicate, with this form. The request for a duplicate can be submitted via fax at (312) 467 1335 or email (elettorale.chicago@esteri.it), together with a valid ID.

The Italian Nationals residing in this consular jurisdiction, which includes the States of Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming, must comply with the instructions provided in the voting packet to complete, and, promptly return the ballots by mail, in the postage-paid envelope provided, in order to ensure delivery to the Consulate Office no later than 4:00 PM (local time) March 1st, 2018.
